§ 6-5-30. Surety bond required.

The licensee or applicant shall furnish a good and sufficient bond with a surety to be approved by the Town Administrator/Clerk, in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00), conditioned upon the faithful observance of the provisions of this Chapter regarding pawnbrokers and the safekeeping or return of all articles held in pledge by such pawnbroker.
