§ 6-5-20. License, fee required.

It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of pawnbroking, except as provided in and authorized by this Article and without first having obtained a license from the Town Administrator/Clerk and paying the annual license fee in an amount established by resolution by the Board of Trustees to offset the Town's costs.
