§ 2-13-30. Meetings.

(a)

Except as approved by the Board of Trustees, meetings of the PAB shall be held at the Leeper Center or at the Town Hall. Notice of the time and place of meetings shall be posted as required by state law.

(b)

Any meetings at which any action of the Wellington Parks Advisory Board is to be taken, or at which issues before the Board are to be discussed, shall be reflected in minutes, or when possible recorded by tape or other audio recording device, and such recordings shall be maintained by the Town Administrator/Clerk.
