§ 2-13-40. Voting.

(a)

Each PAB Member and Board of Trustee representative is entitled to one (1) vote on each matter submitted to the members for their consideration. Said member shall vote in person. No member shall vote or act by proxy.

(b)

A simple majority is necessary for passage of all items brought before the PAB.
