§ 6-1-90. Compliance with building and zoning regulations.

No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business, and no permit shall be issued for anything or act if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with the requirements of this Code and any secondary code adopted by this Code. No license or permit shall be issued for the conduct of any business or the performance of any act which would involve a violation of the zoning regulations of the Town.
