§ 7-3-30. Responsibility of owner.

Property owners within the Town shall be responsible for the elimination of undesirable plants, and weeds and lawn grasses over six (6) inches in height from their property. Such elimination shall be accomplished as often as may be necessary to comply with this Article, in an ecologically feasible and environmentally safe manner in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
