§ 6-7-70. Penalties.

Any person violating any provision of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), together with costs of any suit. Each additional conviction for the same offense shall double the amount of fine paid for the prior conviction. (Prior code 10.01.04; Ord. 11-2007 §1)
