§ 6-6-20. License required; annual fee.

No person shall conduct any business as a secondhand dealer in the Town without a license therefor. The fee for said license shall be an amount established by resolution by the Board of Trustees to offset the Town's costs. The Town Administrator/Clerk, if satisfied that the applicant is a fit person to engage in or carry on such business, shall issue a license to the applicant upon payment of the fee herein specified.
