§ 6-5-80. Release of pledges.

The holder of the pawn ticket shall be presumed to be the person entitled to redeem the pledge and, except as provided otherwise in this Article, the pawnbroker shall deliver the pledge to the person presenting the pawn ticket on payment of the principal and charges and upon surrender of the pawn ticket.
