§ 6-4-100. Enforcement.

In the event any mobile home or mobile home park or structure affiliated therewith is, or is proposed to be, constructed, altered, extended, maintained, used or operated in violation of any provision of this Article, or any amendment thereof, the Board of Trustees or any person, in addition to other remedies provided by law, may institute injunction, mandamus, abatement or any other appropriate action or proceeding to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove such unlawful construction, alteration, extension, maintenance, use or operation.
