§ 6-4-10. Definitions.

For the purpose of this Article, unless the context requires otherwise, the definitions in Chapter 16 of this Code are incorporated herein by this reference as if set out verbatim herein. In addition, the following words are defined as set forth herein:

Applicant means an individual who has applied to the Board of Trustees for a license to operate a mobile home park in the Town.

Licensee means the individual to whom a license to operate a mobile home park has been issued by the Board of Trustees.

Operate means to rent, lease or offer to rent or lease any land located within a mobile home park, or otherwise allow any such land to be occupied.

Operator means any person who operates a mobile home park. (Prior code 6.03.01)
