§ 6-2-110. License required.

Except as specifically allowed herein, it is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of selling tangible personal property at retail, or to furnish certain services as herein specified, without first having obtained a license therefor. Such license shall be granted and issued by the Town Administrator/Clerk and shall be in force and effect until December 31 of the year in which it is issued, unless sooner revoked.
