§ 6-1-200. Legal action for failure to pay fee.

The amount of any license fee imposed by this Chapter shall be deemed a debt to the Town, and any person carrying on any lawful business in the Town without having the necessary license from the Town to do so shall be subject to an action in the name of the Town in any court of competent jurisdiction for the collection of the amount of license fee imposed on such business.
