§ 6-1-150. Notice of change.

The location or nature of any licensed business or occupation or of any permitted act may be changed, provided that ten (10) days' notice of such change is given to the Town Administrator/Clerk, in the absence of any provision to the contrary, and provided that the building and zoning requirements of this Code and any secondary code adopted herein are complied with.
