§ 4-3-20. Rate of tax levy.

The Board of Trustees shall, by resolution, fix the rate of tax to be levied upon all taxable property within the Town for municipal purposes and, through the Town Administrator/Clerk, shall officially certify said levy to the County Commissioners prior to December 31 of each year.
