§ 4-2-30. Merger of funds into General Fund.

(a)

In the interest of simplifying and clarifying budgeting and accounting, the assets and liabilities of the Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund and Capital Projects Fund are hereby merged with the General Fund of the Town.

(b)

A separate bank account shall be maintained for the purpose of depositing and recording monies for the exclusive purpose of the Cemetery Perpetual Care. (Prior code 3.05.03; Ord. 11-2007 §1)
