§ 2-9-20. Membership.

The Wellington Public Library is to be governed by a seven-member Library Board appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Trustees. One (1) or more members of the Board of Trustees may serve as members of the Library Board. The Library Board may establish bylaws and shall operate the library in accordance with state statutes.
