§ 2-5-10. Contract for services with Sheriff's Department.

Officers and deputies of the County Sheriff's Department are hereby empowered to exercise all authority and powers of duly commissioned police officers of the Town for as long as the County Sheriff is under contractual obligation to provide police services, which include enforcement of certain municipal ordinances of the Town.
