§ 2-4-80. Bond.

(a)

The Municipal Court Clerk shall give a performance bond in the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or such other amount as may be set by ordinance by the Board of Trustees.

(b)

The performance bond shall be approved by the Board of Trustees and be conditioned upon the faithful accounting for and payment of all funds deposited with or received by the Court. (Prior code 5.01.07; Ord. 11-2007 §1)
