§ 2-4-50. Compensation of Municipal Judge.

The Board of Trustees shall provide by ordinance or resolution for the salary of the Municipal Judge. Such salary shall be a fixed annual compensation and payable on a monthly or other periodic basis. (Prior code 5.01.05; Ord. 11-2007 §1)
