§ 2-4-40. Qualifications of Municipal Judge.

The Municipal Court shall be presided over by a Municipal Judge who has been admitted to, and is currently licensed in the practice of law in the State. (Prior code 5.01.04; Ord. 7-1991 §2; Ord. 11-2007 §1)
