§ 2-2-60. Regular meetings.

The Board of Trustees shall hold regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. and shall hold work sessions, at which no action shall be taken by the Board of Trustees unless properly posted in advance on the third Tuesday of each month, (subject to additional work sessions at which no formal board action be taken, which may be held immediately prior to any regularly scheduled meeting). If the date of my regularly scheduled meeting falls on a legal holiday, unless the board otherwise grants approvals or cancels the meeting, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday. All regular meetings of the Board of Trustees will be held at the Leeper Center building or at an alternate location set by the Board of Trustees.
