§ 1-3-130. Application of stringent standards.

When any requirements of this Code are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations resolutions or ordinances, the one which is most restrictive or which requires the higher standards shall apply. (Prior code 1.04.05; Ord. 11-2007 §1)
