§ 18-5-10. Adoption.

Pursuant to Title 31, Article 16, Part 2, C.R.S., there is adopted as the gas code of the Town, by reference thereto, the International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 Edition, Chapters 1 through 13 inclusive, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 604781, to have the same force and effect as if set forth herein in every particular. The subject matter of the adopted code establishes minimum regulations for fuel gas systems and gas-fired appliances.
