§ 18-3-10. Adoption.

Pursuant to Title 31, Article 16, Part 2, C.R.S., there is adopted as the building code of the Town, by reference thereto, the International Plumbing Code, 2012 Edition, Chapters 1 through 13 inclusive, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 604781, to have the same force and effect as if set forth herein in every particular. The purpose of said code is to protect the health and sanitation of the residents of the Town by providing comprehensive regulations governing materials, installation methods and other matters pertaining to plumbing for the purpose of protecting the public health, safety and general welfare.
