Pursuant to Title 31, Article 16, Part 2, C.R.S., there is adopted as the building code of the Town, by reference
thereto, the International Residential Code, 2012 Edition, Chapters 1 through 43 inclusive
and Appendix Chapters G and H, as published by the International Code Council, Inc.,
4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 604781, to have the same force and
effect as if set forth herein in every particular. The subject matter of the adopted
code includes comprehensive provisions and standards regulating the erection, construction,
enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition, occupancy,
equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of buildings and structures for the purpose
of protecting the public health, safety and general welfare.
