§ 13-1-40. Water and sewer rates.

All buildings or premises connected to the Town water and sewer facilities shall be held and deemed to be occupied, and Utility user charges collected thereon. The obligation to pay Utility user charges shall include charges to those buildings or premises for which service has been terminated by the Town or the property owner.
