§ 13-1-120. Service restoration fees.

In any case where a utility account is delinquent and the supply has been turned off, or the water has been turned off at the request of the owner or agent due to a vacancy, the water shall not be turned on again until all delinquent user fees have been paid and until a service restoration (turn-on) fee as established by resolution by the Board of Trustees to offset the Town's costs has been paid to the Town Administrator/Clerk.
