§ 11-5-10. Dedication.

The Town hereby dedicates a municipally owned cemetery, known as Wellington Highland Cemetery, hereinafter referred to as the Cemetery, located in Section 27, Township 9 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado. The Board of Trustees shall have the power and duty to supervise and control the operation, sale and care of the lots therein. The Board of Trustees may enter into contracts for opening and closing graves and for the general maintenance and care of the cemetery. (Prior code 12.02.04)
