§ 10-11-30. Motorbikes, motorized skateboards.

The operation anywhere within the Town, whether on private or public property, of any so-called motorbike, mini bike, motorized skateboard, or other such gas powered motorized vehicle not designed and equipped for operation on a public street or highway, is hereby declared and deemed a public nuisance, and it is unlawful for any person to cause or maintain such public nuisance. The foregoing ordinance shall not be deemed to preclude operation of electrically powered vehicles including skateboards, scooters, segways or similar battery powered means of conveyance unless use of such means of conveyance are banned by other rules or ordinances adopted by the Town.
